Rachael joined the administration team with a background in GP reception and frontline patient care. She supports our busy Takapuna clinic with a friendly manner, clear communication and practical appointment coordination.
Sarla
Sarla coordinates our Lincoln Road rooms and brings many years of medical secretary experience to the team. Her warm manner, efficiency and organisational skills help the clinic run smoothly and patients feel welcomed.
Sonia
Sonia supports motility procedures, breath testing, IV infusions, blood tests and IBD medication education. She brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and helps patients feel safe, comfortable and well supported.
Annabel
Annabel oversees the day-to-day running of Waitemata Gastroenterology and supports the team across administration, patient communication and practice operations. Her role helps patients, referrers and staff have a smooth and well-coordinated experience.
